Ralph Cetrulo

     Ralph is currently manager Director in the Wilmington office of Stephano Slack LLC and prides himself on his
entrepreneurial mindset and skills, which include both expansion and exit strategies. He was a shareholder and
was instrumental in the roll-up of 19 Companies, growing from 25 people to nearly 700 in nine years. With 35 years of public accounting experience and nine as a CFO, Ralph demonstrates a unique understanding of client concerns regarding mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, financial forecasting, and stock options planning. Ralph has a remarkable ability to help his clients successfully develop new business opportunities. Ralph has keen insight for providing businesses with a roadmap to success. His vision incorporates the business owners' personal goals with calculated strategies that equal results. Ralph defines his own success with his client's achievements.
     Ralph Cetrulo has been serving the middle market in the Delaware Valley for 35 years as a CPA. Ralph started his career at a regional CPA firm where he became partner. Ralph thought that a CPA was in a better position not only to serve business accounting and tax needs, but also help foster growth, find the appropriate capital, and provide guidance throughout the business life cycle of a company. Ralph is a genuinely dedicated partner to businesses throughout the entity's business lifecycle: at start-up, through the growth period and, finally, at succession (sale
or transition). Ralph's dedication to his business clients is extremely evident in today's economic environment. As a business owner himself, Ralph has an acute understanding of the effects of inflation and labor markets that have put a financial strain on businesses. Ralph's guidance with short and long- term financial planning has proved instrumental as his clients weather these difficult times.      Ralph is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also has served as board member of the Delaware Workforce Development Board, Deferred Compensation Board and Board President of Special Olympics Delaware
